Our peer and emotional support programs are led by State of Arizona certified specialists who understand and have often personally experienced the path to recovery.

Career training

Our Vocational Rehab program is designed to help you secure meaningful and gainful employment in stable and growing industries. We help to address common challenges such as low education, lack of work history, and lack of training.

Court Ordered Treatment

We provide convenient venues for obtaining court ordered treatments such as DUI screenings, substance abuse education, domestic violence counseling, and anger management counseling.

Health and Wellness Services

Health and wellness are vital to a successful recovery. We staff a wonderful team of medical professionals dedicated to providing you with exceptional guidance and care during your reentry.

Fitness Programs

We believe exercise is a key component of self-care. We strive to make fitness fun, low-pressure, inspirational and engaging. Every week members/clients have the opportunity to attend fitness groups and activities, as well as gyms for self-guided fitness with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. Activities are tailored to clients’ interests, comfort level and capabilities and may include:

  1. Exercise and healthy lifestyle education groups
  2. Supervised outdoor activities like swimming, walking, scavenger hunts or hiking trails
  3. Circuit training with stations based around affirmations
  4. Obstacle courses
  5. Kickboxing and dance
  6. Interactive video and board games such as Red Light/Green Light
  7. Somatic movement therapy
  8. Yoga, Pilates, and other stretching exercises

Nutrition Programs

Proper nutrition and a well-balanced diet, we believe, are essential in maintaining health and wellness. We provide meals and several food options for all our members. Our 14-week Culinary Course also teaches students the many facets of working in a professional kitchen. Hands-on instructional training is provided by a Culinary professional as well as local chefs who often volunteer to teach specific skills. Some common skills include:
